How to add a question to a survey

Once you have created your question groups, you can start adding questions to each group. There are two primary ways to add questions.
  1. Click the Structure tab and select +Add question. 
  2. Click the Structure tab, select a group, and select Add new question to group.
When a question is added, it is displayed in edit mode.  In the question editor you can make changes to and/or Save the question.

How to edit a question

To edit existing questions.
  1. Select the Structure tab
  2. Click the question that you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Make edits and Save.
