Students and teachers agree to use LimeSurvey only for work related to their classes. A discount belongs to the person or organization that applied for it: for example, a student discount can't be used with a company billing address. LimeSurvey can decline a discount or end it if it suspects abuse.
Apply for a discount
- Sign up for a free LimeSurvey account.
- Send your username and your proof to our support team: on account.limesurvey.org, click Support in the top bar and then Customer Support.
- Students: your student ID, front and back, or an enrollment certificate.
- Teachers: your faculty ID, front and back, or proof of your current teaching position.
- Charitable organizations: proof of your charity status or of your charity work, for example your registration or your website.
- Wait for our confirmation email. Checking your proof usually takes a few days.
- Order your plan. The discount is applied at checkout automatically; you don't need a code.
Note: If the discount doesn't show at checkout, don't order. Contact support first. A discount can't be applied to a purchase you already made.
