survey includes, via different interconnected databases: languages,
questions, question groups, question attributes, sub-questions, answers,
default answers, assessments, and quota settings.
Create a survey
There are 3 ways to reach the Create a new survey page:
1. Click + button from the main navigation.
2. Click the + Create Surveys on the left side.
3. Click the Create survey box on your dashboard
Create survey
Once the Create, import or copy survey page is displayed, you can begin completing the required fields.
