How do I create a LimeSurvey account?
Creating your LimeSurvey account
A LimeSurvey account lets you manage your Survey Site, account and billing details in one place.
This is how you create your LimeSurvey account:
In the top right corner, click Sign Up.
Enter your username, password and email address.
Click Create account. A confirmation email will be sent to the address entered.
Click the the link in the email to confirm that you would like to create an account.
Once you have created your account and login, you will be redirected to your accounts page: account.limesurvey.org. Here you can manage: Account details: Plan type and renewal date
Your survey site: Survey site URL's, domain alias, reminders, survey site password, delete survey site
Login details: Login details, 2-factor authentication
General preferences: time zone, language and GDPR
ComfortUpdate: Key data for CE users
Attention: The username and password used to set up your LimeSurvey account will also be used to log into your Survey site.
Note: Account with multiple users
Please note that it is not possible to create a LimeSurvey account with multiple users. There is only 1 user account which has access to account.limesurvey.org. From there this user can setup a survey site. From this survey site it is possible to invite (add) other users. These users will only have access to the setup survey site and not account.limesurvey.org.
