About your survey site address

Your survey site has an address like yoursite.limesurvey.net. The first part, the site name, is the name you chose when you signed up. You can change it on your account page. Depending on your plan you can also add a white-label domain or use your own domain.

Change the site name

1. Log in at account.limesurvey.org. The Your account page opens.

2. Under Your survey site, click the pencil next to Survey site URL.

3. Enter the new name under Site name and click Save.

Note: You can change the site name only once every 24 hours. Existing survey links stop working, and the address of your administration login changes too.

Domains by plan

• Free and Basic: yoursite.limesurvey.net.
• Expert: additionally a white-label domain without the LimeSurvey name, yoursite.survey-research.net. Switch it on in the same dialog with Activate additional white-label domain.
• Business and Corporate: an alias domain, so your surveys run under your own domain name, for example surveys.yourcompany.com. Click the pencil next to Domain alias on the Your account page to set it up.
