About your profile

Your profile holds the user name you log in with, your full name and your email address. You change them, and your password, on the Profile tab of the Account page. The user name cannot be changed.

Open your profile

1. Click your name at the top right and then Account.

2. The Profile tab (1) opens.

Change your full name

Type your name under Full name (2) and click Save (5).

Change your password

1. Click Change password (3).

2. Enter your Current password, then the New password twice. The password needs at least 8 characters, 1 upper case letter and 1 number.

3. Click Save.

Change your email address

1. Click Change email address (4).

2. Enter your Current password and the New email address.

3. Click Save.

Note: This changes the email address of your user on this survey site. The email address of your LimeSurvey account, which you use for account.limesurvey.org, is changed there. See Overview: Your LimeSurvey account.

FAQ

Can I change my user name?

No. Ask an administrator with the Users permission to create a new user with the name you want. See Manage administrators.
