About the plans

LimeSurvey Cloud has a free plan and four paid plans: Basic, Expert, Business and Corporate. The plans differ in the number of administrators, responses and upload storage, and in services such as your own domain. Every plan has the full survey tool. Prices and the current offer are on the pricing page. The prices there include VAT.

Subscription periods

A subscription starts on the day you buy it and renews automatically. A Basic plan bought on 23 April renews on 23 May.
Basic runs for one month, Expert and Business for one year.
Unused responses don't carry over. At the end of each period your responses are reset to the amount of your plan.

Change or cancel your plan

To move to a higher plan, click Upgrade at the top right of your survey site. See Upgrade your plan.

Do unused responses carry over to the next period?

No. At the end of each subscription period your responses are reset to the amount of your plan.

Can I have more administrators on the Business plan?

The Business plan comes with 5 to 10 administrators; you choose the number when you order. For more, contact sales about the Corporate plan.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Yes. The prices on the pricing page include VAT.
