Text elements are the survey-level texts shown to respondents. In the LimeSurvey editor they are edited in place on the canvas rather than on one settings screen. Each field below autosaves (a "Saved at" time replaces any Save button).
Date format and decimal mark live in the Presentation area (left-rail paint-drop icon) → Presentation tab.
Survey Title - Rename your survey by clicking the title at the top center of the canvas.
Description - Add explanatory text about your survey. In the new editor, the welcome and end messages are edited inline on the Welcome and End screens.
Welcome Message - Greeting shown when respondents open the survey link; type it on the canvas Welcome screen.
End Message - Closing message shown on completion (unless an end URL is set to load automatically); type it on the canvas End screen.
End URL - Redirect participants to another webpage after completion. Click End screen in the Structure sidebar to open the End screen settings panel, then fill in End url. To send participants there automatically, turn on Automatically load end URL when the survey is complete on the Presentation tab under Navigation.
URL Description - Provide context if redirecting to an unrelated page. It sits with End url in the End screen settings panel.
Date Format - Set on the Presentation tab under Language specific display; pick the format that suits your target audience.
Decimal Mark - Set on the Presentation tab under Language specific display; choose Dot or Comma to match regional standards.
