Single Choice Bootstrap Question
Single choice buttons
The Single choice buttons question type displays each answer option as a button instead of a radio button. Participants select one answer from the predefined options.
To add this question type, click the purple + button at the top left of the editor, then pick Single choice buttons from the Single choice group in the question type picker.
