About your profile and settings

Everything that belongs to you as a user of your survey site sits behind your name at the top right of the top bar: your profile, your password, your personal settings and the editor you work with. These settings change LimeSurvey for you only. Other administrators and your participants don't see them.

Your plan, your invoices and the survey site itself are not here. They live in your LimeSurvey account at account.limesurvey.org. See Overview: Your LimeSurvey account.

The account menu

Click your name at the top right (1).

In the picture: 1 your name, 2 Account, 3 Editor version, 4 Membership & billing.

• Account opens the Account page with the tabs Profile and Personal settings. See Change your name, email address or password and Change your personal settings.
• Editor version switches between the new and the classic editor. See Switch between the new and the classic editor.
• Membership & billing opens your LimeSurvey account at account.limesurvey.org.
• Logout logs you out.

The bell next to your name holds your notifications. See Notifications.

Note: The Account page also has the tabs Personalized menus and Personalized menu entries. They change the menus of the classic survey view, and the editor of LimeSurvey 7 doesn't use them.

Where do I change my plan or download an invoice?

In your LimeSurvey account: click your name and then Membership & billing. See Overview: Your LimeSurvey account.

Can I change the settings of other administrators here?

No. This menu is about you. Administrators with the Users permission manage the accounts of others. See Manage administrators.
