About upgrading

Sign up for free and upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The paid plans are Basic, Expert, Business and Corporate. They differ in admin users, responses, storage and features, for example a white-label domain on Expert and an alias domain on Business. Compare them on the pricing page or in Subscription plans.

Upgrade from your survey site or account page

1. Log in to your survey site and click Upgrade at the top right. Or log in at account.limesurvey.org and click Pricing in the top bar.
2. Choose your plan and complete the order.

After the upgrade, the chip next to your name on your account page shows your new plan.

Sign up with a paid plan

1. Open the pricing page.
2. Click Get Basic, Get Expert or Get Business. For the Corporate plan, click Contact sales. To ask for a quote first, click Get a quote under the plan.
3. Complete the registration and confirm your email address with the link we send you.
