How to upgrade your plan

Signing up for the first time

If you select Sign Up For Free on the LimeSurvey.org home page, the registration page is displayed where you can sign up for a free account.

The Pricing page lists the four plans that Limesurvey offers: Free, Basic, Expert, and Business.

After signing up for the Free plan, to change/upgrade to either the Basic, Expert or Business plan:
  1. From the LimeSurvey.org homepage select Pricing to compare plans.
  2. Click Upgrade Now in the box of your preferred plan. You will be redirected to the registration page.
  3. Complete the registration by filling in the required information.
  4. You will receive an email. This email contains the account activation link.  Click the link to access your newly created account.

Already have a Free account?

If you already have the Free plan:
  1. Log in to your LimeSurvey account.
  2. From the Your accounts page click one of the two Upgrade buttons.
  3. Choose your preferred plan and
