Upgrading to a Higher Plan

How to upgrade your plan

Signing up for the first time?

If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up for a paid plan directly. Visit the Pricing page to compare the available paid plans — Basic, Expert, Business, and Corporate. (To start with a free account instead, select Get started on the LimeSurvey.org home page, then follow the next section when you are ready to upgrade.)

  1. Click the button in the box of your preferred plan — Get Basic, Get Expert, or Get Business; for the Corporate plan, click Contact sales. You will be redirected to the registration page.
  2. Complete the registration by filling in the required information.
  3. You will receive an email containing the account activation link. Click the link to access your newly created account.

Already have a Free account?

If you already have the Free plan:

  1. Log in to your LimeSurvey account.
  2. From the Your accounts page click one of the two Upgrade buttons — at the top right, or under Account details.
  3. Choose your preferred plan and complete the registration by filling in the required information.

After upgrading, your new plan is shown in the plan chip next to your username (e.g. EXPERT).
